TRAVEL INSURANCE
Insurance coverage for medical expenses and trip cancellation designed specifically for Canadian residents.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Our travel insurance is designed to make traveling easy and fun for people all over the world. Canadian residents can choose between two options: a comprehensive Package Tour plan (also called Plan E) or separate plans (Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C). These plans cover things like canceling or interrupting your trip, missed connections, delays in returning home, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and accidents during travel or flights. You can pick the option that suits your travel needs and budget best.
WHY US
Our prices are competitive, and there's no maximum age limit.
You can get discounts for your family and friends who travel with you.
We provide emergency medical coverage for pre-existing conditions that are stable.
If you haven't started your trip and you bought Plan B and/or Plan C, you can cancel your policy.
24/7 claim support
You can choose different plans (Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C) to cover the things that worry you the most
We offer coverage for Canadian residents for various situations such as canceling or interrupting a trip, missed connections or delays in returning home, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and accidents during travel or flights.
You cannot get coverage under our travel insurance plans for Canadians if:
a) Your doctor has advised you not to travel.
b) You have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and have less than 6 months to live.
c) You need dialysis for a kidney condition.
d) You have used home oxygen in the 12 months before applying.
If you have pre-existing medical conditions, you might be covered by travel medical insurance.
For stable pre-existing conditions: Plan B and E can cover your pre-existing medical conditions if they have been stable for the last three (3) months. “Stable” means no new symptoms, no worsening of existing symptoms, and no new medication or treatment recommended by your doctor. You can find more details in the policy documents.
For non-stable pre-existing conditions: We offer a Special Medical Underwriting Plan. Please call us at 647-350-0331 to learn more.
You can request a refund or cancel your policy only if you haven’t started your trip and you bought Plan B (emergency medical) and/or Plan C (baggage loss, travel, and flight accident). Refunds or cancellations are not possible for Plan A and E.
If you return home before your insurance policy expires, you can ask for a refund for the unused days of coverage. However, you can only request a refund if there have been no claims or benefits paid by the policy. Note that there’s no partial refund available for Plan A and E.
All refunds need approval from 21st Century Travel Insurance Limited.
There’s a $25 fee for processing any refund requests.
You’ll need to fill out a refund request form.
